—Built the Agents module end to end, covering creation flow, task/subtask listing, triggers, and tool grants across datasets, files, connections and credentials, supporting ARR growth from ~$120K to ~$500K in two months.
—Architected a real-time task system with an SSE event pipeline for optimistic updates, cursor-paginated navigation, AI-assisted filtering, and filter-based bulk actions that stay O(1) in client cost at any selection size.
—Led a frontend performance overhaul, reducing LCP by ~51% (4.33s → 2.12s) and lifting production Core Web Vitals score from 79 to 99 via bundle-size reduction (~300KB/route), route-level code-splitting, and cache miss fixes.
—Drove the app-wide dark mode rollout, consolidating scattered hex into 68 semantic tokens and migrating 250+ files with zero reverts, scoping theming to the active product to avoid regression risk in the deprecating dashboard.
—Authored a suite of Claude Code skills encoding repo conventions and review standards across PR-authoring, dead-code elimination, and rollout sequencing, cutting ~21K lines of dead code and reducing lint cycle time 66% (165s → 56s).

—Drove a 55% increase in inbound by building the blog and glossary surfaces with Ghost CMS and Next.js incremental static regeneration, enabling the content team to publish without a redeploy.
—Shipped 4-5 iterations of the inbound marketing site across two brands, building the motion and interaction layer with Framer Motion as positioning evolved.
—Built config-driven pivot tables over AG-Grid, parsing JSON display rules into column aliases, per-column styling, time-based grouping and visibility toggles, helping GTM change table behaviour without BE involvement.
